Mara Corporation has launched its first smartphones which are Mara X and Mara Z, in the market on 14th of February.
The firm was founded by Ashish J. Thakkar and it has been announced that the company would start selling its first African manufactured mara smart phones this year after they have set up the industry in Durban, South Africa and another industry will be built in Rwanda by the end of 2019.
As the official statement says, under the Android One program, Mara X and Mara Z were launched by Google enclosing regular updates. Bothe the smartphones are powered by Android Oreo 8.1 for Mara X and 8.0 for Mara Z supporting fingerprint technology.
Mara X is the cheapest (US $139) and a customized phone having handy applications like Google Go, Gmail Go, YouTube Go and maps Go.
